Convenient Location and Transportation 🚉

This place was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the city center. Plus, it's super easy to get around as it's right near the S-Bahn train station and the railway. We had a great time staying here on a business trip.

I had a COMFORTABLE stay, with location right next to S-bahn. Check-in was easy. Easily reached Tulsi, where I had dinner, it was not too far from the apartment.

Had a really comfortable stay on a business trip. The setting was good. Plus it was next to Berlin, the railway station and S-bahn.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite was clean and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities. The location was a big plus, as it was right next to the S-bahn and very close to the underground station, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city. Despite being next to the railway, I didn't find the noise to be a problem at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my overall experience really positive.

This place is excellent for sightseeing, the rooms are cozy and equipped with amenities like Netflix and WiFi, as well as a hairdryer and walk-in shower.

The apartment had all the necessities, with a convenient location next to the S-Bahn, and easy access with door codes. The room was clean, modern, and seemed fairly new. It was perfect for our stay, although I wouldn't recommend it for 4 people unless they're all teenagers or adults. They had free wi-fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The lift was super handy, and it was great that no pets were allowed and no smoking on-site.

I had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located apartment near a U, Bahn and S, Bahn station. the apartment was small but fully furnished, with a recently renovated bathroom that had an amazing shower. Despite some noise outside, the windows provided great insulation. Check, in was easy, and the staff was extremely helpful when my son lost his watch, promptly finding and returning it. The suite was modern and well, equipped, perfect for our family of four. Cons: Nothings 🙌.

We had a pleasant stay at Rix Studios & Suites Near Sbahn Neukolln. The suite was well-equipped and had all the amenities we needed for our week-long trip. The luxurious bathroom and well-stocked kitchen made our stay comfortable. The location, right next to the S-bahn, made it easy for us to explore Neukolln and beyond. Despite some minor inconveniences mentioned in other reviews, our overall experience was great.

The modern interior was a pleasant surprise, loved the push-button blinds. The complimentary bottle of water and drinks were a nice touch. The cleaner was kind and the room was clean. The kitchen had everything I needed.

Just loved paying extra for a late check-out and dealing with the noise from the S-Bahn right outside my window. So relaxing.

The location near the public transport station and market was very convenient. We found multiple places to eat in the area, which was great for us as friends who like to go out at nights. The kitchen and bathroom were well designed and equipped, making our stay comfortable. The check-in process was simple and the keypad entry worked well.

the property was incredibly close to the train station, just meters away. It was very clean and the suite felt fairly new. Everything was well arranged for our stay and we were impressed with the amenities provided. Definitely great value for the rate and a comfortable landing pad while in Berlin.
